Eva

Eva started her gown adventure by purchasing a sample gown at a salon with the intention of customizing it to make it more like the vision in her head. Throughout the process of customization with another seamstress, it unfortunately just wasn't working out to what she'd envisioned. 

After restarting her gown journey and trying on dresses again, she learned exactly what she did and did not want for her gown, but still wasn't able to find it in a dress that already existed.

With just 2 months until her wedding, Eva then came to me! We discussed everything she did and didn't like, fabric choices, and color, and decided the best route for her would be to make a fully custom gown.

We had several muslin fittings to get the bodice shape exactly as she was imagining, and tried several different skirt fabrics to get the exact drape she was looking for. Finally, we incorporated some lace from her mother's wedding gown into the back of her bodice and on the attached cape/veil. 

The journey may have had some bumps in the road, but in the end Eva walked down the aisle in exactly what she'd imagined for herself all along!
