About Devine Creative
Sarah Devine is the Founder and Owner of Devine Creative. She has worked in the fashion industry for over a decade, beginning as a production seamstress, sample maker, and pattern maker and later transitioning into a bridal alterations specialist role.
Our History
Sarah received her Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design from Philadelphia University (now Jefferson), before working at Heyne Bogut, a small high end designer based in Philadelphia.
While at Heyne Bogut, Sarah was the primary seamstress for both production and sample making as well as one of the pattern makers. After a few years she decided it was time expand her skill set to bridal.
Sarah joined the Elizabeth John's team and trained under seamstress' who had been working in the bridal industry for over 40 years. She fell in love with the intricacy of working on wedding dresses, and strives to make sure every bride feels beautiful and confident on their big day.
Throughout her years in the fashion industry, Sarah's goal has always been to make people feel beautiful, whether it be through altering their wedding dress or their every day clothing or creating a custom garment.
